All orders are carefully packed to ensure your XIANG diffuser arrives in perfect condition, wherever you are.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How does the Gravity Diffuser work?
It uses an innovative gravity-flow mechanism, simply flip the diffuser to start or stop the fragrance flow.
No power, no flame, just natural diffusion.
How long does one refill last?
Each refill lasts about 2 months in spring/summer and 2.5 months in autumn/winter, depending on room temperature and airflow.
Can I use other fragrance liquids?
To ensure safety and performance, we recommend using original XIANG refills formulated with Givaudan VivaScentz™ technology.
