Installation & Usage
How do I replace the refill?
Keep the diffuser in “scent-off,” open the top/bottom sections, replace the fragrance sticks and refill, reassemble, then flip upright.
Do I need to replace the fragrance sticks?
Yes. Fresh sticks help ensure clean diffusion and consistent performance.
How many sticks should I use?
Use the recommended set included for best balance.
Where should I place the diffuser?
On a stable, flat surface away from edges, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
Can I place it near air conditioning?
Yes, but avoid direct airflow hitting it strongly.

Is it safe around kids and pets?

What if it touches skin?
